Senior Software Developer

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team at TalentBridge. You will own the design and delivery of scalable backend services, collaborate closely with product and design, and help shape our technical culture.

This is a hybrid position based in Barcelona. You will work 3 days per week from our office in the Poblenou district and 2 days remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and Node.js.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.
  • Review code, mentor junior developers, and champion engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into clean, tested code.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and improve system reliability through observability tooling.

What We Are Looking For

Hard Skills — Required
