Event Regulations
1. Code of Conduct
Civility forms the foundation of our community.
Respect: No form of insult, harassment, or discrimination towards other participants or staff will be tolerated.
Equipment Care: Users are responsible for their own equipment and any furniture provided by the organization.
Cleanliness: Each participant must maintain their designated area clean. Use recycling containers according to waste type (especially cans and plastics).
Noise Control: Headphone use is mandatory. External speakers are not permitted to avoid disturbing neighboring participants.
2. Technical and Safety Regulations
Electrical Consumption: Only one computer (or console) and one monitor are permitted per seat. Connection of coffee makers, fans, or portable refrigerators to the general power supply is strictly prohibited.
Software: The use of malicious software or execution of network attacks (DDoS, sniffing) against other users is strictly forbidden.
3. Sanctions Policy
The organization reserves the right to apply the following measures according to infraction severity:
Verbal Warning: For minor offenses (excessive noise, disorderly workspace).
Temporary Suspension: Network disconnection for 1 hour (repeat offenses or equipment misuse).
Immediate Expulsion: For theft, violence, consumption of prohibited substances, or serious computer attacks. Expulsion does not entitle participants to ticket refunds.
